Hi,

I have a client who recently bought a RUT240 and is using a 4G LTE SIM with it. I've set this up for them, but can't seem to get WebDAV to work with their Synology DiskStation. This worked fine with the previous TP-Link router, although this was using cabled broadband. I've changed the public IP address in DSM on the DiskStation and set up port forwarding for WebDAV (I believe) on the RUT240. Can anyone help?

Hello Alex,

Could you PM me with troubleshoot package from your RUT240 so I could take a look in your port forwarding configuration.

It can be downloaded from WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot.
