We want to use the RUT240 as a LTE Router. In a first step we configured the "mobile" access using ppp. In a second step we defined DynDNS.

As a result the RUT exports the local NAT-IP to the DynDNS provider. Configuring the "mobile" access utilizing QMI and NAT results in the same result, bridge and passthrough are no option.

Can somebody explain how to configure a "dynamic IP" instead of a "shared IP" following the terms in https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Private_and_Public_IP_Addresses using  mobile access for Internet connectivity?

In the meantime I have progressed. The major problem results from the fact, that our LTE provider gives us a private IP and performs NAT. Thus the given IP is correct but can't be routed. I have changed the APN to a different host that provides public IPs (probably only 3G) and now the public IP can be reached fro the Internet.

Hi,

Are there any issues left with your DDNS setup? After receiving public IP address from your operator, RUT240 should've exported correct IP address to DynDNS provider.
