Hi,

RMS charts work for some modems in our account. (COHEAT Ltd)

e.g. The modem ending in serial 4853 works

RMS charts do not work for other modems in our account.

e.g. The modems ending in 4738 and 2762 do not work

Why is this please? (both the not working modems are online)

Could you clarify what exactly is not working? I have checked those devices and did not notice any issues with those.

I think the monitoring interval was set incorrectly for these modems - this would be my mistake sorry. :-o
