I have just bought a new RUT240 and I have just installed the firmware RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.2 on it. It also shows the firmware. But it loses all settings after disconnecting the supply voltage! (like after a reset)
Is this a firmware problem or is the device chewing?

Hello,

Please try updating the router's firmware via the bootloader menu. Detailed instructions on how to perform an update can be found in Teltonika Wiki: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

If the issue persists even after an update, please write me a personal message with the troubleshoot file attached in order to help me determine what is causing this strange behavior.
