Can I have Wifi AP configured for clients and simultaneously configure Wifi station mode to connect to another Wifi. And be able to route traffic between the two interfaces?

Yes, you can run them both.

Regarding traffic routing between two interfaces, you can use relayd daemon configuration to extend the wireless network. Here you will find everything you need to make it work
