Hello!

We are very satisfied with the quality of Teltonikas router, and have been buying quite a lot of units (RUT230s) the last couple of years.

We are facing an issue though with the NTP servers and time synchronization. We are using either the default ntp server 0.pool.ntp.org, etc or the region ones : 0.europe.pool.ntp.org, etc

However, every few days the routers get totally out of time. Attached the image of 2020-06-04 where you can see how wrong the clock is.

Do we need to force servers even for the default ntp servers?

Thank you in advance

Teo

Hello,

Recommend upgrading device firmware to the latest one: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT230_Firmware_Downloads if with the latest firmware you will still have the same issue, please PM me with the troubleshoot file (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot) and if possible provide steps which you take until issue reappears so we could try and replicate it on our side.

Hello, sorry for the late reply, I was waiting to see how the system reacted to new firmware (1.12)

Time looks good now, super thanks!

Cheers
