windows app to manage SMS in rut240

Is there an app for Windows that can manage the SMS text messages in a RUT240? What I would like to do is have a small window open on my (Win7) desktop so I can monitor incoming texts. Sending texts and reviewing received & sent would be a bonus. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Sadly there is no app for that, closest function to it, that could be used for SMS monitoring on router, would be using Post/Get commands via browser: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_SMS_Gateway#Post.2FGet
