Is it possible to get GPS data without sim card usage or is it nevessary? What do you suggest? What are the operating principles?

Hi,

Yes, you don't need a sim card for GPS to work. You just need GPS antennas to be mounted correctly and placed outside assuming you are talking about a device that supports GPS functionalities.
