Hi,

the output doesn't work for me. I set the outpusignal to high, but when I measure with the multimeter I get 0V.

greetings Jochen

Hello,

TRB140 and other devices output only works as a switch and it cannot provide voltage to power connected device.
by
Ok wouldn't be a problem. But where is the voltage connected to be switched?

Hi,

Check this RUT2 example https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Connecting_relay_to_open_collector_output, since TRB140 output uses same OC circuit basic idea is the same and only difference is that user can configure which TRB140 pin will be an output.

Thank you very much. The output simply switches through the minus for a separate relay.

Thanks for your help.

I connected a led with resistor this way. if output is set to high level, the output pin is set to gnd and difference is ~vcc. but if output is on low level, the voltage between vcc and output pin is still around 2v an the led shines a bit. why is this?
and can anybody tell what maximum input voltage is ok if pin is set to input?
