Is it broken? Is link light under direct PHY hardware control? Will reset help, should we replace it. FW is most recent.

To clarify, the link LEDs on both ends of the connections, on all devices and cables we have tried do not come on. Devices work with other connections. Definitely about RUT240

Has it always been like that or happened after certain event? Even tough it looks like hardware issue, I would suggest to restore it to factory settings. If that doesn't solve it, check HERE for RMA options.
