Greetings,

Freshly bought a RUT950, for some reason LAN LED3 is always up an blinking even tough nothing is connected. Upgraded the firmware but didn’t help. Could it be damaged or something? What steps should I follow?

Try restoring it as new once again just to be on the safe side even tough it sounds like a hardware issue to me. If that doesn't solve the issue you need to contact your sales manager or check for RMA options if you bought directly from Teltonika. If you bought it from a third-party, you need to contact them.
