My RUT955 won't connect to RMS, it gives me an error of #1001.
The Device also gives me a LAN MAC address of FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF

In RUT settings you see LAN mac as FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF?

Can you share your LAN mac from a sticker in PM?

I am not sure what you mean? do you mean a picture from the actual Teltonika device?

On the physical device, you will have a sticker with all information about the device (S/N, Imei, LAN MAC and etc.)
