I have a issue with mobile connection, I have 2 SIM card from Vodafone in the Netherlands.the data cards work fine in a mobile iPhone 7 Plus or other phone. But in the RUTX11 the Card do not work. I get Data connection disconnected.

sim 1: If default

Data connection : disconnected

State: denied; n/a 4G (LTE)

SIM card info: Sim 1( ready)

Sim 2:

Data connection : disconnected

State: denied; n/a 4G (LTE)

SIM card info: Sim 2( ready)

A other thing is that a 3 SIM card also from Vodafone is working (card is 1/2 year old). have the last firmware on the router. RUTX_R_00.02.03.4

firmware build date: 2020-06-15 09:22:31

Can somebody help me to fix this. This is a test system, and I am thinking to use the RUTX11 for all remote systems.

Issue is solved, the problem was not clear but a person from the technical support from Vodafone reset my account. and add the SIM's correct. After that the issue is solved. i set the APN on auto and that works fine.

Hi,

What is the model number of your RUTX11? What is the supported frequency band of your operator? Did you try setting frequency bands manually?

So frequency bands are all correct and in your operator range?

The next thing you should try is calling your operator and asking if they see the device with it's IMEI. Ask if they're not blacklisting it or anything. If they will say that this IMEI is not whitelisted in their network - let me know.

I will contact the provider and let you know. but it works in my iphone correct?

It is not posible to set the APN manual, I look in the router but I can't find it. see link https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Setup_Wizard#Mobile there it is standing but not in my firmware from the router?

I had contact with vodafone and all 3 sims are ok, thay good see the IMEI from the router and that there is no connection.

They ask to set the APN to manual.

Are you trying to use two sim cards at once or you're trying the same sim card in both trays separately?
by anonymous
I use 2 SIM cards in the router.

SIM 1 Vodafone (not working in auto and manual)

SIM 2 Vodafone (not working in auto and manual)

SIM 3 Vodafone (working in auto and Manual)

Router SIM 1 Slot (SIM 3 Vodafone)

Router SIM 2 Slot (SIM 1 Vodafone )

Switch from SIM's in router by selection "default SIM".

Choose Custom APN option instead of auto and you should be able to write it down in a field.
by anonymous
Can you tell me were to find it? in the router.

Make sure you've switched to advanced mode, not basic.

Under interfaces > mob1s1a1 (or mob1s2a1 if you're using second tray).

by anonymous
I found it, manual online not same as last firmware.
yes in advanced mode
