There are no hotlines or e-mails for additional support yet.
Customers can contact Teltonika support through:
- Internal helpdesk system if you're a direct Teltonika customer.
- Your sales manager or reseller.
- This community forum.
I've seen your comment on another ticket in this forum. One of the engineers will contact you through this post tomorrow and most likely we will need a remote session directly to your equipment. Or if the issue will be resolved without a need of a remote session you will be updated here as well.
