Is there any other way to get support from teltonika regarding RMS besides this forum? (Like a hotline or an e-mail address)

Hello,

There are no hotlines or e-mails for additional support yet.

Customers can contact Teltonika support through:

  1. Internal helpdesk system if you're a direct Teltonika customer.
  2. Your sales manager or reseller.
  3. This community forum.
I've seen your comment on another ticket in this forum. One of the engineers will contact you through this post tomorrow and most likely we will need a remote session directly to your equipment. Or if the issue will be resolved without a need of a remote session you will be updated here as well.
