Hi,

Tried to create account to the remote management system, but never received the account activation email. Tried the reset password option which worked fine. So I'm quite sure the email was correct and that the activation mail did not end up in spam.

How should I go about resolving this ?

Hi,

Could you send me an email with you requesting to delete your account on RMS, because of failed prompt verification?

Send it to ernestas.bendzelauskas@teltonika.lt

And send it from the email you registered with on RMS.
