Hello, 

I've added my first device and when testing Web UI, the page of the URL generated is not loading.

I've tried it in different web browsers. Checking availabilty says This device WebUI is accessible remotely. The device is a  RUT240 with RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.3 firmware version.

Hi,

Please try these options if the problem persists - come back with the results:

• Clear browser cache.
• Try another browser.
• Try re-adding the device and generating new links.
