It does not look like l can enable SNMP. Please see below:

Hello,

SNMP is working correctly with RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.1 firmware version (both enabling SNMP service from WebUI and retrieving SNMP IOD values via SNMP application).

Try to use private/incognito web browser's window with cleared/disabled cache. That should allow you to enable SNMP feature on your router.

Ok thanks. Tried incognito, didn't help. The old classic "reboot" step resolved the issue ). 

I have another issue, where my memory usage is high: 

RAM: 91% used

FLASH: 97% used

Followed the KB below but that didn't change the situation:
