Hello,

my devices RUT950 and RUTX11 are not accessible with Device Web UI.

Generated the WebUI link looks like this: .rms.teltonika.lt?rms_token=5f0c3054b8257 and

it does not work.

Hi,

  • First of all, make sure your devices are online and the status indicator color is green.
  • Make sure you get a positive response to your "Update device information" request when you send it.
  • If the issue persists, try unregistering and registering your device again.
  • If nothing helps - private message me serial codes of your devices and troubleshoot files.
