Hello,

the registration has been renewed. Status is green.

Reboot was made new.

RMS WEB UI Link works, nothing else.

Information update does not work. Error:

Device information could not be updated. Please try updating device information again.

error code: 11

Otherwise, RMS receives no information from the router.

Yes that's true. RMS generates WEB UI link that works.

Otherwise I get no information.

Hi, I have the same issue.

From the cloud tab on the router, it's connected to RMS

On RMS, the router is active and green. However the gps map is not actualized and I can't sync it over the refresh button.

Is there any solution?

Model: RUTX12 (RUTX1200XXXX)

Hardware Revision: 0303

Batch Numbers: 0001 (2 devices), 0002 (5 devices)

Firmware: RUTX_R_00.02.04.3

The WebUI connection only works on a device that has previously sent data to RMS. Since then the displayed data has been out of date. Device shows "last updated at" 2 minutes ago.

RUTX11/RUT950 seems to works, but not sure if displayed data is correct.

On a new firmware release, this issue should be fixed.

A new release should come out in approximately a week or two (depends on how successful testing will be).
