RUTX11 after installation FW 2.04.1 wan interface without functionality .

The two Mobil interfaces are working well, but to use the wan Input is impossible.

How can I fix it?

Hello,

Please perform factory reset if it is possible, and test it again.

If issue persist download Troubleshoot file (menu System > Administration > Troubleshoot) and send it to me via PM. Just, make sure that troubleshoot file is generated when the issue is present and before a reboot (So it can be seen in the logs).

Hello Sarunaska,

in the mean time I have exchanged the RUTX11 and use my second one RUTX11. These unit works well with the former firmware version in the same enviroment. I will wait for newer firmware and then I try the not working RUTX1. If the issue persist I will come back to you. BR Christian
