Hi,

RUT950 will have nothing to do with this as it seems that your mobile operator or ISP didn't give you a static IP address. You should consider contacting whoever who's giving you internet service and ask them is there any possibility you could get a static IP address, not dynamic.

An alternative for this would be also contacting your bank and telling them you don't have a constant IP address and it is normal that it's changing, so they could do an exception for you.
