Hello,

Could you share some more information regarding the issue you are having?? What website are you currently visiting? Is it having the same issue on all the websites you are visiting? Have you tested visiting google, yahoo, facebook, youtube and some other more social media sites if it have same results?

If yes, could i get a copy of your device troubleshoot file and kindly check if you are using the latest firmware on your device.

Hi Jerome, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately it is all websites. It is a recent problem, maybe the last two months.  Not sure how to send you the Troubleshoot file.....

Hello, 

It seems to be you are using a very old firmware (RUT9XX_R_00.04.75 | 2018.01.30) Its been more than two years now. I would recommend to update the firmware first to the latest one that can be found on this link:https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads 

You can upgrade the firmware on the Web UI > System > Firmware Tab. 

Once the firmware is updated kindly test if there is any changes to your problem.
