I had purchased the RUT240 to be used with my Verizon Data Network. The issue is that I put the SIM card in and it looks to have a signal with Verizon but will not stay connected. It will connect obtain an IP address and then disconnect and keep doing this over and over again. I talked with Verizon and they say it looks like everything is working on their end so must be the device it is connected to.

Hi,

Two questions to start with;

1) Have you bought the correct product? (Teltonika RUT240 devices sold under the product code RUT240 *2**** are certified for use in the Verizon Network)

2) Are you using auto or custom APN? (If using AUTO, try using the custom APN after figuring out what Verizon uses), most often than not the issue turns out to be APN settings.
