TRB140 blinking lights

I've just purchased a number of TRB140's for a site office being setup.

One of TRB140's lights are just blinking and I'm not able to connect it to the local 4G network.

The the time between the leds lighting occurs in a set of three, two equal time periods (1 sec) followed by a half time (0.5 sec) blink (1 sec led on, led off, 1 sec led on, led off, 0.5 led on, led off).

Note that I've successfully upgraded firmware to TRB14X_R_00.02.04.1_WEBUI and I can still login the WEB UI management console.

Hi,

Please follow these options below and tell me if anything helps you.

  • Make sure that the antennas are connected tightly.
  • Make sure that there is no additional configuration required from your operator, e.g setting up custom APN.
Also, I got some questions I want you to answer:
  1. You said it's one of TRB140, do all other TRB's you got work normally?
  2. Does it see the sim card? What's is the connection state? You can send me a troubleshoot file via private message or just post some screenshots here.
