I've got an RUT240 connected via RMS.  I've go a number of devices connected to it and can access some of their webUIs.  I have changed the LAN IP address of one of these devices and the remote access no longer works as RMS is looking to the wrong address.  It seems I cannot edit the entry in the RUT240 and when I try and delete it and reinput it with the new LAN IP address I get the message "Failed to remove remote access (Service Unavailable)"

Can anyone tell me how to either delete the device or edit it's IP address.

Hi,

I will need to check on that myself, could you please private message me the serial number of the device you're trying to edit in RMS?
