Hi,

The RUT240 is connected, however it won’t work properly and doesn’t show up as network if you stand more than 2m away from it.

Tried restart it, reset but still doesn’t work.

Hi,

Could you please explain in more detail what exactly is not working and what is your setup?

Have you connected the antennas and what is the signal level? What is the status of the overview page? What and how are you trying to connect? What is the firmware version of the device?

Any additional information would be helpful.
