Since the upgrade to RMS:

1. I cannot get the iphone App to work (just says there seems to be a problem when I try to login); and

2. Some of my devices show they are disconnected on RMS so I cannot access them - yet they are connected to our VPN and sending data ok.

Yep,same here. Ever since the planned outage/update last week I've not been able to reliably connect to hosted devices. Gives me a login screen, goes to status page (with empty fields), then bounces me back to the login screen every time. Also the Android app won't let me login at all. I've got customers screaming out for me to do some remote config changes and there's nothing I can do about it. I love it when an update breaks things that were working fine before. frown

Edit: It turns out RMS works fine through Chrome but not with Firefox. Not sure why, but it works for me.

I use chrome, but it still does not work for me.

In that case I wonder if it's a cookie problem as I rarely use Chrome. Try clearing your cache and trying again. Or try using a different browser.

Yes, there are issues!  For me they appear to have started on Saturday (1st August).  Waiting on an official response from Teltonika on it though, and when it will be fixed...
