Hi,

My RUT955 (Firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1) is connected via Mobile and the internet browsing works just fine (Also NTP service and Dynamic DNS seem to work just fine).

I have also RMS enabled under Administration and tried rms.teltonika-networks.com and also rms.teltonika.it (not sure what is the right once I found some note that rms.teltonika.it is obsolete)

It just does not Connect and on https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/ the device remains Offline. 

Any idea what I could check further is there any log that could tell me more?

Hello, 

  • Make sure you remove your device from RMS;
  • Add the device into system using correct serial number and MAC address;
  • In router Administration settings use rms.teltonika.lt hostname;
  • Lastly, check if you have any credits remaining in your RMS account and have activated RUT955 monitoring under Services > Device Monitoring;
  • If nothing of mentioned above works, send me your device serial number via private message.
