I have been using RMS for a little while and used two-factor authentication for security purposes (emailed code).

Worked fine until trying to access today, where i'm now given a letter string in my email but the website states a number is required and on inspecting the element says "type:number", letter strings will not work when copy pasted in...

This has meant that I have no access to my routers..................

Hello,

It was a mistake in our end of the system. Everything should work fine right now, make sure to delete cookies and try again (CTRL+F5). We apologize for inconvenience.

Regards.
