Good day.

We used RUT955 to poll devices over modbus RTU.

RUT955 reads 114 registers from 50 slaves and sends data via mqtt to mqtt broker.

After a certain time, RUT955 continues to poll devices, but stops sending data to the server.

Also at this time the web interface stops working with an error (photo attached).

We used a lab stand:

- Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1;

- Modbus Serial Master;

- RS485;

- Baud rate 57600;

- Parity None;

- Stop bits 1;

- Flow control None;

- 50 slaves;

- 114 registers.

RUT955 stops working fully after 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Restarting the modbus_data_to_sender process did not change the situation.

In production we used:

- Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1;

- Modbus Serial Master;

- RS485;

- Baud rate 19200;

- Parity None;

- Stop bits 1;

- Flow control None;

- 17 slaves;

- 114 registers.

RUT955 stops working fully after about 23 hours.

Also In production we used:

- Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1;

- Modbus Serial Master;

- RS485;

- Baud rate 57600;

- Parity None;

- Stop bits 1;

- Flow control None;

- 8 slaves;

- 114 registers.

RUT955 stops working properly after about 3-4 hours.

A screenshot of the memory and processes is attached.

I also provide the Troubleshoot file.

Thank you in advance.
