Hi,

I have several devices registered in my RMS account under one company.

I have run out of credit and would like to purchase more, but only want to monitor one of the devices.

In the past when I bought credits, it spread the credit across all the devices.

How do I only apply new credit to just one device?

Hello,

Before adding credits to your RMS account, navigate to Services > Device Monitoring and disable Service, Monitoring and Auto extend functions for all unwanted devices (leave only the one you want enabled). This way when you will add new credits, they will not spread automatically across all the devices.
