The router RUT950K02400 is powered on, the Verizon sim is installed and the router displays full bars for the cellular signal, but not internet connection. There is  something that I can check? A quick guide to follow in order to setup correctly the router with Verizon SIM? Many thanks.

Hi,

If you're connected to your operator and getting a great signal but no data connection - it is usually because you use Auto APN while the operator requires you to use Custom APN to connect and use the data.

You could look it up on their website or just call them.

If you're coming from default settings, on first boot you can find the APN field by the Mobile section.

What did you change it to?  I noticed that the internet connection APN doesn’t work with SMS utilities. In fact all SMS utilities don’t seem to work at this point, often resulting in needing to reboot the modem.
