RUTX11 Mobile usage = 0 ?

Mobile usage = 0  in STATUS/MOBILE USAGE.   Latest FW 02.04.03 installed.

Hi,

  1. Have you done any changes to the router itself before you stopped getting mobile usage information?
  2. Did that happen after the firmware update? Were you getting mobile usage information before?
  3. Did you make sure that your SIM has data connection and you can see how much data you use on overview page "Modem" widget?
  4. Did you try the other sim tray and restarting your modem?
  5. Did you try resetting the router without keeping the settings?

My RUTX11 is new and I have used 1 week. Updated FW first day. Mobile Usage has never displayed in STATUS/MOBILE/USAGE but data sent and recieved displays in STATUS/NETWORK/MOBILE.  Have i missed to enable some settings?

It should be showing you the values by default.
