Hello
I have 1 RUT 955.
It worked well with Swiss Digital Republic sim cards for 2 weeks.

From this morning, it can't register to the network  anymore. I see the operator list with "DR" and correct number. This is using Swiss Sunrise operator behind.

If I use the SIM in my iPhone, it works immediately without any problems.

If I connect with the router manually, I get "unknown error"

can you understand this problem from this log ?

Hi,

Is there a possibility that you updated to latest 06.06.1 version recently? Or did this happen out of nowhere?

Hello

I updated the router with this version yes.

In fact, I have two routers, but I tried to keep it easier to understand

I had a first 955 I updated with this version 2 weeks ago and worked well
I have a second 955 that I received this morning and also immediately updated

So I would say the problem did not appear at update. Any doubt the problem is FW related?

their version is

Current Firmware Information
Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1
Firmware build date 2020-03-13, 09:37:25
Kernel version 3.18.44
Bootloader version 3.2.4

There are a few issues with the current latest firmware, but first of all I want you to try these options and see if anything works:

1. Make sure you're using a custom APN from your operator.

2. Try resetting your device to factory defaults.

3. Try updating your firmware to this version without keeping the settings.

4. If nothing from above worked for you - download the troubleshoot file and send it to me via private message.

Hello
Sim card has no PIN and it should work with no or auto APN... however I tried both auto and their "internet" APN

Factory reset done, downgrade done

Does not work

I have uploaded the file here : https://mega.nz/file/DclxWB5Q#0qGj3Dh5trPQbsgtXuiS23F4ddwST7CneUnkPL3ne18

So two of your router modems are now dead? Do I understand that well? Neither first neither second connects to the SIMs, even though the first router worked for some time before?

yes correct
Did you find something from debug file?

I will need both devices troubleshoot files then.

Thank you.
