RUT955 No mobile connection and UI Device information show   " IMEI        +CME ERROR: 23"

I have tried factory reset twice.

FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1

Is it possible to flash the modem firmware?

Hi,

It is possible, but first I would like you to try updating your firmware again to 06.06.1, but without keeping your settings (That would require you to uncheck the checkbox that says "Keep settings" when you're updating).

Please come back to me with the results and then we can discuss our further actions.
