I am currently have a newRUT950-U024P0 with the latest firmware installed. The firmware needs to be downgraded to 04.41. The router goes through its bootloader process, but will not respond to the default ip address. Can you help?

Hello,

As I understood, you are trying to flash old firmware image using bootloader menu. First of all, after you initiate bootloader state, you need to set your PC network adapter to static IP configuration (for example 192.168.1.5). After that, you will need to use 192.168.1.1/index.html address to reach router's HTTP server. More about that: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Device_Recovery_Options#Bootloader_menu

Keep in mind that it is not recommended to use old firmware versions because of the issues they have.

Also, I could not find 04.41 firmware version, so please check if you are trying to flash trusted firmware version from Teltonika page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

Regards.
