Morning All,

We are using several of the RUT950 routers and have encountered a small problem, not major but annoying.

At certain times the data will randomly disconnect then a few minutes later connect again.  We are using data only sim cards, signal strength is fine.  Is there any settings i could check on the router? like a timeout etc?

Hello,

You can try connecting to the router CLI and use the AT commands. With AT commands, you can view not only signal strength but also other LTE parameters(SINR, RSRQ). More information about AT commands you can read here:

I could also check your issue in details. Generate a troubleshoot file when the internet disappears and send it to me via private message. Go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot and click Download.
