Hello,
In RMS please navigate Management > Devices, under Device Map press device details and check if you are getting any other metrics like WAN, recent events, etc. If not please press Update Information button:
If that does not help, then try to remove you device from RMS system and add again.
Also don't forget to enable GPS monitoring.Navigate Management > Devices select your router and press Monitoring > Set Update Period. Configure GPS information update period:
