Hello Teltonika Team,

The RUT955 is not showing the GPS location on RMS even it is shown on the WEB UI. The connection to the RMS server is fine. Do I need to activate some settings to receive the GPS location on RMS? See below screenshots of RMS.

Device: RUT955

Product code: RUT955T03XXX

Firmware: RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1

Hello,

In RMS please navigate Management > Devices, under Device Map press device details and check if you are getting any other metrics like WAN, recent events, etc. If not please press Update Information button:

If that does not help, then try to remove you device from RMS system and add again.

Also don't forget to enable GPS monitoring.Navigate Management > Devices select your router and press  Monitoring > Set Update Period. Configure GPS information update period:

Thanks for the quick reply. It is working fine now. I had to check to the GPS monitoring and to Set Update Period.
