The time is not synchronized automatically and I would like to know if I have the latest firmware to know if it is the cause of the problem

Hello,

To begin with, could you let me know what firmware version is currently installed in your MVC300? Firmware version can be seen from "Maintenance" menu.

I.e. MVC300 camera has few different firmware branches, meant for different solutions. To not offer firmware, meant for different solution, it would be great to know the current firmware version of your device.

Hello, the current version is MVC300_T_00.01.320

The problem is that it loses time synchronism with both the active and inactive synchronism check, I have tried synchronizing it to different time servers with the same result.

It seems that your MVC300 already have latest firmware version from particular branch (meant to be used specifically as a dash cam camera, without additional (unnecessary for this use case) functionality). Therefore there is no firmware to update to, keeping similar device behavior in the process.

If time synchronization is crucial aspect for you, you can try to use one of below firmware downloads, just take note that these firmware downloads were meant for different solutions. Therefore, with new firmware version, you might experience different MVC300 behavior.

 - Latest MVCxxx firmware as a standalone camera:

 - Latest MVCxxx firmware to be used with RUT955 device:

 - Your current MVC300_T_00.01.320 firmware version, just in case you will decide to "roll back to current firmware version":

To avoid any issue during firmware upgrade, it is recommended to use private/incognito web browser's window and not keep any previous MVC300 settings.
