RUTX11 devices sold under the product code RUTX11 1***** are certified for use in the Verizon network. So first, please check your device product code and see if you are using the correct version. You can check your device product code on a device label or via router WebUI, on the router Status > System page.

Must the serial number END with 1?  My new RUTX11 has SN 111 but ends with a 6 and the verizon checker says the imei is NOT compatible.  Do I need a different unit?
