Hello, I ask for help with a recent  problem with my router 950. With a LAN connection it works fine but as soon as I connect a device (PC or smartphone) to the wifi network, the router switches off and restarts by itself.

Hi,

Please try these options below:

• Update your firmware to the latest one.
• Reset the router to defaults and make sure you connect to it with default wifi settings (to check if there's anything in your configuration that makes this issue appear).
• Update your router through a bootloader menu to delete all the settings and reflash it.
• Check with other devices if the issue still persists, it might be that the issue only affects Apple computers (or only windows/linux).
