Hello,

I try to acces zu WebUI of an RUT950. 

It es correctly in RMS, I can acces CLI. When I try to generate Link für Web UI Access a "unknown Error occours".

Try reboot, Update, other browser. Noting :-(

Hello,

Regarding the issue you are having would it be possible that you try to unregister and re-register the said device on your RMS company? Also is your RMS account having sufficient RMS credits?

If the issue still persist kindly inform me.
