Question

Hi,
I have a Teltonika RUT950, I have changed the password for login and I can´t remeber it.
Have tried as recomendation take out all cable and only have one connected to the router.
Unplug electric cable, hold reset button and put the plug in and hold reset button for 4 sec.
Router flashes all time and nothing happens.
Only what will work is to reset button again and it will restart but not the password.
Do I need to send it in?

Hi,

If you're failing with the reset procedure, I would suggest you try getting your RUT950 into bootloader menu.

This way you should be able to update your firmware to the latest/current one, delete your settings, and reset the password at the same time.
