Hi. I'm using RMS to access RUT240 Device Web UI. Is it also possible to access a device that is connected to RUT240 by LAN/WIFI with port forwarding by means of RMS?

Yes, this is possible if the device is running some kind of WebUI or Controller server which then is accessed by IP address and a port. The process is really similar to accessing your connected routers, but this time you should use Device Access functionality.
