We are situated in Belgium, therefore we have a Belgian 4g provider, witch is Proximus.
Each time we cross a border, fore instance for events in the Netherlands, our mobile connection with the screen is lost and we haven to research an other provider in order to get online. We do this by using de scan for operators button.
Is there a solution that we don’t have to do this manually each time? That automatically switches to a provider of the country we are in?
Thank a lot for your answer!

Hi,

Please check if your router use latest firmware release: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

If you will upgrading firmware, DO NOT keep old settings, when flashing!

Also, you can try to use "ping reboot" function: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Auto_Reboot#Ping_Reboot_Configuration

Select Action if no echo is received: Restart mobile connection.
