I currently try to narrow down connection problems with our custom APN (does only seem to work with 4G - why ever..).

Setting connection mode to manual and only ticking GSM or WCDMA doesn't seem to do anything. The router still connects via 4G. 2G and 3G are available, since it sometimes does connect to them .. and we have other devices which do work with 2G and 3G in the same building. I also did try using the service mode setting, but that doesn't help either. It always seems to use the service with the strongest signal.

Can anybody confirm that? How can I restrict the router to exclusively use 2G or 3G?

Firmware is 01.12.3

Hi,

I was able to replicate your issue and reported it to RnD.

I will come back to you once I have any useful information.
