Question

I was speaking with one of your vendors in the UK and they said to access a RUT240 remotely I must have a RMS license.  Is there no other way to access for example, cameras on a wi-fi network with the RUT240 as the hotspot remotely, without the use of RMS?  Doesn't sound correct to me.

Looks like you misunderstood one another :).

Of course there are options, but you either need to have your VPN network and your device as one of the clients or a SIM card with a public IP (which could be very expensive depending on the operator). I found some links in their wiki page that might help you
