I also have a RUT950. I try to send SMS messages with this but I encounter the following problem:

I get the message "Wait for configuration" hen I try to command POST over HTTP from applications external to the browser.

If I try to send through the browser's address line then it works.

If you have any suggestions or you can help me, I'm waiting for your message.

What are the applications you're using and are you trying to access your POST/GET over an external network?

An example of how you do this and a couple of screenshots would be appreciated.
