Question

I have a client that is looking to deploy a few dozen RUT240's and wants to manage a common MAC authentication list for them all.  Can this be done in a single place so they don't have to add manually to each RUT when they want to onboard a new device?

He wants to add a device to white list in on place, and have it update in multiple remote devices.

If you are talking about Wireless MAC filter list, unfortunately it has to be done manually for each router.
